This is the 2nd worst record I own. I don't have much to say about it since I honestly didn't listen to it all that much. I got this from a local record shop on the same day I got my player, I really just wanted something to play while I waited on the other records to show up
I made the mistake of ordering from spotify's online store, that stuff takes weeks to arrive, so I had to listen to this for that time, this and the bon jovi record.
Frankly I like the idea of what this record is but to me it just sounds outdated an uninteresting. I'm sure it was new an unique at it's time but even then, I've heard a lot of music from the same era that's far more innovative and interesting than this could ever dream of being.
It's now just gathering dust at the back of my shelf. I'm not going to get rid of it, ever.
It holds memories despite what I think of the music itself, I'm also never going to toss away any record I own. They're mine and I own them. Just owning a work of art even if I'm not fond of it, means a lot and carries importance.

Now this is the worst record I own. It holds the same memories as Done With Mirrors however while I can tolerate the music on that one, I cannot tolerate this. It's dogshit and there's a reason why it currently serving as a wall ornament.

The reason I got this was simple, I had a lot of rock and metal and I wanted some diversity, so I got a jazz record.
I don't know much of anything about jazz, I've been told it's good and I do enjoy it however I couldn't tell you much about why or what makes it good.
Usually just put it on about once a month at most, it's really not a genre I have a good feel for, tho I would like to try and learn more about it eventually considering most of my favourite artists take a lot of inspiration from this kind of music.
Either way, it's a record I'm happy to own and that's about all I need from them anyways; joy.
